Can I track my order?

Yes - we'll email you shipping details soon as it leaves our store.   We are also available to answer questions and give updates to you by email. 

Can I return?

Yes - we accept returns within 15 days.  As long as it is returned to us in its original condition.

Live plants cannot be returned.

Some exceptions apply for artworks and larger pieces.

Do I get the exact plant in the picture?

We deliver plants locally.  We only choose the best and brightest of each plant.  Each plant is a little different.  But we won't sell a plant unless we absolutely love it.

What are your shipping rates?

We want to make this as simple as possible.  If your order is over $75.00, we ship for free.  Otherwise, there is a flat rate of $6.00. 

Some bulky items, such as furniture, will have individual rates.  We will contact you with the rates when you wish to order.

Local plant deliveries are free.

At the moment we ship to anywhere in the continental USA.  (Live plants are only delivered to locally to our Los Angeles store).
